Every business has one constraint. Yours is costing you money today.
Private weekly coaching for owners of $1M–$20M companies who are done guessing. We find the constraint, build the plan, and hold you to it — one focused hour a week with Andre Draayer, CSMP.
Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe! No pitch. You'll leave the call with at least one thing worth fixing, whether or not we work together.
You built it. Now you can't see around it.
You've taken the risks, made the calls, hired the team. Working harder built the business — and working harder is no longer what it needs.
The hardest problems in a company are rarely the visible ones. They're structural, they're quiet, and they're invisible from the inside because you designed the thing they're hiding in.
- Pricing set years agoStill carrying the margin assumptions of a smaller company.
- Process drag nobody logsRework, delays and workarounds that never show on a P&L line.
- A team waiting for you to decideCapable people, no authority, so everything queues behind you.
- Right people, wrong seatsStrong performers quietly mismatched to the work.
- Systems built for $1M running at $10MWhat held together at one scale is now the ceiling.
- A business that can't be sold without youOwner dependency is the single largest discount a buyer applies.
The first 90 days, specifically.
No onboarding fog and no discovery phase that bills for three months. You get a number, a plan and a first result inside a quarter.
-
ProfitDriver™ 360 diagnostic
A structured review of profitability, operations, leadership, people and growth strategy. Every question mark on that ledger becomes a figure, ranked by size and by how fast it can be moved.
-
Leadership and behavioural read
A Lumina Spark™ assessment on how you decide, communicate and behave under pressure — because at this stage the constraint is often the owner's operating style, not the market.
-
Your 90-day execution plan
One primary constraint, three initiatives, named owners, dated milestones. Short enough to hold in your head and specific enough that progress is not a matter of opinion.
-
Weekly Power Hour, every week
Sixty private minutes on Zoom. Review what moved, solve what's stuck, decide what happens next. Then a quarterly reset where we re-run the numbers and pick the next constraint.
What you get every month

We have a clear plan to exit within three years and increase valuation. The coaching gave us the roadmap and the confidence to execute it.Owner-operator, services $4.5M revenue — name withheld by request
This is a poor fit for most people. Check honestly.
Worth a call
- You own a business doing $1M–$20M a year
- You're scaling, optimising, or building toward an exit
- You can act on a decision without a committee
- You want a straight answer more than a comfortable one
- You'll do the work between sessions, not just attend them
Not a fit
- Pre-revenue, or looking for a business idea
- Hoping for a done-for-you service rather than coaching
- Needing consensus from partners who aren't in the room
- In an active cash crisis that needs a turnaround specialist first
- Wanting a course, a template library, or a community
Who you'd be working with
Andre Draayer, CSMP, has built, bought and sold companies, run bolt-on acquisitions, and turned around operations that were losing money quietly.
He coaches from the operator's seat, not from a framework he read about. That means financial-first thinking, plain language, and a bias toward the change that can be measured this quarter rather than the one that sounds impressive in a deck.
You work with Andre directly. Every session, for the length of the engagement.
The investment
Month one costs more than the months that follow, because month one is where the work is heaviest: the full ProfitDriver™ 360 diagnostic, your Lumina Spark™ profile, and the 90-day plan built from both.
After that it settles into the coaching rate. Three months minimum — one month can't produce a result worth paying for, and a twelve-month lock-in shouldn't be needed to keep you.
The first constraint we find is usually worth several times the quarter. If the diagnostic doesn't show enough to justify continuing, I'll tell you before you spend another month.
Elite 1-on-1 Coaching
USD. Three-month minimum, then month to month with 30 days' notice.
After your first 30 days: if the diagnostic and your first sessions haven't shown you a clear, quantified path to a return on the fee, say so and I'll refund month one.
Questions owners ask
How is this different from a business consultant?
A consultant produces a deliverable and leaves. Coaching changes what you do every week. You get the diagnostic work a consultant would do, then twelve months of someone making sure the plan survives contact with your actual calendar.
Why does the first month cost more?
Because it carries work the other months don't. Month one is the full ProfitDriver™ 360 diagnostic, your Lumina Spark™ profile, and the 90-day plan built from both — several days of analysis on top of your four sessions. From month two the fee drops to the coaching rate and stays there.
I don't have a spare hour a week.
That's usually a symptom of the constraint rather than a reason to skip the work. The first month is often spent getting decisions off your desk. If you genuinely cannot protect one hour, this won't work and I'd rather say so before you pay.
What happens on the 30-minute call?
You describe where the business is and where you want it. I ask a lot of direct questions and give you my read on the likely constraint. If it looks like a fit, I'll explain how the engagement works. If it doesn't, I'll point you somewhere better.
How soon should I expect results?
The diagnostic gives you a quantified picture in the first 30 days. Most clients have a measurable operational or margin change within 30–90 days. Larger structural work — leadership depth, owner independence, valuation — runs over quarters, not weeks.
Is any of this confidential?
Entirely. Sessions are private, nothing is shared with your team without your instruction, and I'll sign your NDA if you'd like one in place before we start.
Can my leadership team be involved?
The 1-on-1 programme is you and me. When the work reaches your team, Lumina assessments and the Leadership Excellence Accelerator™ extend it — we'd scope that separately rather than dilute your hour.
What if I want to sell the business in the next few years?
Then say so on the call and the work is sequenced around valuation. Buyers discount owner dependency, thin margins and undocumented process heavily. Fixing those is the same work as growing — it just gets prioritised differently.
Can I stop?
Yes. After the initial 90 days it runs month to month with 30 days' notice. There's no value in keeping someone in a programme they've stopped using.
Find out what your constraint is costing you.
Thirty minutes, no cost, no obligation. Bring your revenue, your margin and the thing that's been bothering you for a year. You'll leave with a clearer view of it either way.
You'll be speaking with Andre directly — not a scheduler, not a sales rep. Thirty minutes, and he'll have read your website before you dial in.
Prefer to write first? Send a note describing the business and I'll reply personally.
